This section contains
an extensive excerpt + my comment on Leibniz's
Nouveaux Essay. I was promised a Ph.D. in philosophy
on it, which I did not take for reasons of health
etc.
Even so, I may still do
so, and those intent on copying my text should
realize my Leibniz-files - intended for bright minds
- have been on line now 8 years.
