Public: The persons concerned with something or some event
that they can somehow observe and
reason about, and communicate their ideas about to others. The
notion of a public is important in quite a few fields: In
society, in
science, in politics, in art, and it is not easy to clarify logically,
because it involves fairly complicated assumptions of human beings about
the belief, knowledge and relevant properties of other human beings.
