Hello Fingers et al.
Good name, Fingers!
But I think Orla's point runs along these lines:
"CFS" is - unreasonably, irrationally, but factually - a term most medical doctors know, and it is a standard googling term for the disease(s) behind the various labellings for the various sets of syndroms known by various labels.
So - alas - for the time being "CFS" is unavoidable, to some extent, for a forum like this, simply to be picked up by medical people googling - or searching by other search-machines - for information about the disease most people on this forum really have and really like to be called "ME" or "M.E."
I normally avoid "CFS", but that seems to me to be the fact of the matter.
It is very unfortunate, I agree.
