1. More updates & summaries
some more updates & summaries, because the messes I sometimes
see annoy me, and they are not my intentional doing, but are
mostly due to the bugged tools I have to use.
1. More updates
Earlier today I have had to change the yesterday's file
again, because the bugged and messy KompoZer had pasted a bit I had not
wanted to see or have pasted.
I also straightened out earlier messes in
the fonts of the Tour of
the site, caused by the bugged and messy Composer (part of Seamonkey).
I have been working around the bugs in KompoZer and Composer now for 1
1/2 years, and have come to realize Free Source was a
human - honorable - mistake, rather in
the way the Sixties and socialism were major human mistakes: A few
propounded ideas fit for a few idealists, mistakenly believing - no one really knows the experience or the mind
of others, especially not when young or naive - what worked for
them would work for all. What happened in fact was that the idealism
and honesty of the few were fashionably
exploited by the many: the greedy, the dishonest, the egoistic, the
stupid, the posturing malevolent masses of mankind. I guess that the proper
idea was probably some form of shareware, but then
at the time this was
attempted, in the 1980ies especially, this was nearly impossible to
enforce, and then also was intentionally obstructed and mostly
destroyed by the major software houses with loads of money and no
conscience, working with and for the masses. (See crippleware.)
By now, it is too late.
Also, I have inserted the filenames and links for October
and Novermber 2012 in the
summaries for this year, that so far were missing, because of my sore eyes.
There are as yet no written summaries for these months.
And I have added a link to the summaries on the opening pages of the
site, since I like them myself, and they seem a fair survey of Nederlog, and also add something to it, since I
rarely copy, and often provide some background or context.
(that I prefer
to call M.E.: The "/CFS" is added to facilitate search machines) which
is a disease I have since 1.1.1979:
